Mistress Kitty is walking down the stairs in her high heel boots when she steps on her shoe slaves hands trampling his fingers and digging her dirty heels into his palms causing as much pain as she can by using her full weight to trample him. She then has him lie under the stairs smothered by all her stinky dirty sneakers making him lick her soles clean only to go back up the stairs.
