Lady Zora wanted to scare the shit out of this guy because she was sure that if he was scared of her, he would always obey her. That is why she took advantage of him and she taught him a lesson she was sure he would not forget any time soon. And this was through making him lick her boots and being trampled by the same boots. He changed like she wanted.
Lady Zora moved out of her apartment and made sure that she had cleared everything with her landlord. He was a dick but she made sure that she had finished with him before she gave him a piece of her mind in the form of painful trampling. He had to endure boot trampling and hand smothering as the mistress told him all the reasons why he was a dick and urged him to change.

That taught him the lesson he needed to learn.
Lady Zora came home with muddy boots and she used them to punish this loser. He had to lick them clean and she warned him that if he did not do it, he would have himself to blame as she would not let him get away with it and would instead make it even more painful and more humiliating. He did the right thing and he licked them as clean as she wanted them.
Lady Zora knew that her slave was not working as hard as he needed to and as hard as he could. She had tried to talk to him but he did not do anything. He always kept doing things his way and she was fed up with him. The mistress used boots fetishism to change him and force him to do things the way she wanted and especially to work hard.
