Goddess Nemesis and her friend needed to pass a painful message to this guy and they did it with their boots as he had ignored their warnings. He had been insubordinate and he now deserved what they did to him. He was asked to place his hands on the floor and the mistresses used their boots to trample and crush him as painful as he needed to. He regretted what he had done.
Mistress Nemesis did not just cage this guy, but she also used her boots to dominate him. The mistress had the guy lick her boots and when he was done, she let him out of the cage before she cruelly trampled him with the same boots he had licked. She was sending a message that she did not want anyone to try and mess with her and the message was home and dry.
Goddess Nemesis wanted to dominate and degrade this girl and she did not care what the girl felt. The mistress caged her and she used her boots to finish what she had started. The mistress made sure that her boots were licked clean and that the girl was in a lot of pain as she was caged. It was humiliating for her but there was nothing else she could do about it.
